How to Use
With dry hands, gently massage the balm on to your skin to dissolve the makeup, then finish by rinsing with water or lukewarm water.
Precautions

This is the best cleansing balm i ve ever used. I have used a few different brands’ cleansing balm, and one from a very well known and an expensive brand but this stood out. I had no acne, no break outs after using it. I cleaned my skin really well and left unbelievably smooth. I kept touching it. 204’s packaging is so elegant too. It really feels luxurious and sturdy. Uluka Deep Cleansing Balm SS204 is a balm to oil facial cleanser. It’s very hydrating on the skin, and removes make up and impurities. The multiple oils it contains hydrates the skin, repairs the skins barrier, and improves elasticity. I’m so impressed with how soft it made my skin feel. My skin is normally very dry but after using this it feels so much more hydrated and has a soft glow. I used it to remove my make up and it washed right off.
After a few days of using the balm I noticed a dramatic difference in my skin. It’s no longer dry or flakey. It’s hydrated and has a glow. My make up sits better and my skin texture overall has improved dramatically. I’m a fan for life! I’ve never seen this kind of improvement with any other product.
